Coffee Marinade
Ingredients
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ½ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ soy sauce (you can use Coconut Aminos)
- ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ⅛ cup lemon or lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4-5 lbs chicken breasts (or protein of choice)
- Fresh chives
Directions
- Whisk together all ingredients except the chicken breasts and fresh chives.
- Add to container (with lid) large enough to hold all of the chicken.
- Add chicken and marinate in fridge for 24 hours, shaking container several times to cover the chicken evenly.
- Prepare the grill, then grill on each side until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh chives, and enjoy!
