Healthy Maple Bar Overnight Oats

  • ½ cup rolled oats (you can use gluten free!)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla almond butter (you can use regular almond butter too)
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons brewed HASTE pod
  • ½ cup milk of choice



  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar (mason jars or canning jars work great!).
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Garnish with cacao nibs or your favorite topping.
  5. Enjoy!
