Healthy Maple Bar Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ½ cup rolled oats (you can use gluten free!)
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla almond butter (you can use regular almond butter too)
- 1 dash sea salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons brewed HASTE pod
- ½ cup milk of choice
Directions
- Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar (mason jars or canning jars work great!).
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover in the refrigerator overnight.
- Garnish with cacao nibs or your favorite topping.
- Enjoy!
