Coffee Marinade

Ingredients

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ soy sauce (you can use Coconut Aminos)
  • ¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅛ cup lemon or lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons ground black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4-5 lbs chicken breasts (or protein of choice)
  • Fresh chives

 

Directions

  1. Whisk together all ingredients except the chicken breasts and fresh chives.
  2. Add to container (with lid) large enough to hold all of the chicken.
  3. Add chicken and marinate in fridge for 24 hours, shaking container several times to cover the chicken evenly.
  4. Prepare the grill, then grill on each side until fully cooked.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with fresh chives, and enjoy!

Healthy Maple Bar Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats (you can use gluten free!)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla almond butter (you can use regular almond butter too)
  • 1 dash sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons brewed HASTE pod
  • ½ cup milk of choice

 

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a bowl or jar (mason jars or canning jars work great!).
  2. Stir well to combine.
  3. Cover in the refrigerator overnight.
  4. Garnish with cacao nibs or your favorite topping.
  5. Enjoy!

White Pumpkin Spice Latte

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 3 tablespoon agave
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla

Directions

  1. Over medium heat, combine pumpkin, coconut milk, and agave.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.
  3. Brew HASTE pod.
  4. Fill cup ¾ full with pumpkin mix, pour in HASTE coffee, stir and top with freshly grated cinnamon.
  5. Enjoy!
